Betty is our earliest maturing short day white onion. Betty has strong tops for shading late in the season and a root structure to allow it to grow through stressful conditions. Bulbs are excellent in shape, uniformity, and size to mostly jumbo.

Brundage is a later main season variety that is dazzling white in color with consistent globe-shaped bulbs. It has strong roots and erect tops that help with stress and make spraying easier. Brundage also demonstrates solid Pink Root and Fusarium tolerance.

Caldwell is a main season that was specially bred in Caldwell, Idaho and has shown wide adaptability outside of its hometown. It has performed very well in the Western US and other Spanish Onion Markets. It produces a nice globe onion, with a rich bronze scale and demonstrates a high ratio of single centers. The plant has a solid structure with a refined neck, a robust root system and a good disease package.

Caliber is a late-season yellow long day for the western United States known for vigor, disease resistance, yield, and storage capabilities. Caliber has a healthy plant with solid roots and strong and erect tops that assist in providing thrips tolerance and make applications easier. Caliber has a consistent rich bronze scale in super colossal bulbs with single centers that do very well with a mechanical harvest. Caliber has a reputation for storing very well long term.

Crown is a dependable full season onion that cuts a high to very high percentage of single centers. It has a high tolerance to Pink Root, Fusarium, and Bolting. Bulb sizes on Crown range from jumbo to colossal. These characteristics make Crown a grower friendly and producer preferred variety.

Defender is a main season yellow long day for the Western United States. It is a vigorous plant with strong erect tops and roots that give it a strong canopy. Defender has a high percentage of single centers, good ring separation, and uniformity in bulb shape with a rich bronze colored scale. Defender can store for the long term with 6+ months of storage giving growers the highest degree of market flexibility.

Delightful is a late intermediate onion. This variety produces a firm large jumbo bulb that can be easily mechanically harvested. The scale is retentive and golden brown in color. Epic is an early main long season with a dark copper colored scale. It performs exceptionally well under overhead water and forms a large jumbo bulb that stores well. It has a very high single center rate and can be used effectively for processing. Epic has done well in adaptive trials in the Northwest, Midwest and Western US.

Great White has great yield potential for its maturity of 103-105 days. It has an attractive and luminescent white package with a high rate of single centers. Being a Celebrate Onion, Great White’s structure makes it a grower friendly intermediate option.

Mesilla delivers consistent yield and beautiful scales at the end of the short-day growing season. It has excellent tolerance to bolting and other disease challenges, making it a grower friendly variety. Mesilla can transition with direct seeding between short day and intermediate day, lowering the need for transplants.

OSYF10-4021 is a flat yellow onion that matures at the beginning of Vidalia harvest. It is characterized by a deeper bulb shape that can deliver higher yield and return to the grower. OSYF10-4021 has good resistance to bolting, a vigorous root system, and healthy foliage throughout the growing season, which make it a grower friendly variety for the early season

A dark rich red color characterizes this hybrid on the outside, and inside it has distinct ring development. Purple Haze has a good combination of maturity and bulb size. A good disease package compliments this vibrant and vigorous hybrid.

Salute is a great early to main season intermediate variety that displays a nice golden brown scale and cuts a high percentage of single centers. This intermediate Spanish Onion is a consistent yielder and a uniform producer of jumbo and colossal bulbs. Salute has shown strong tolerance to pink root and Fusarium.

Scorpion produces a nice medium sized bulb that has long term storage potential. The bulbs have an appealing rich copper brown color as well.

Scout is an early to main season intermediate variety and can make a good transition from intermediate to long days. It is a consistent yielder and a uniform producer of jumbo and colossal bulbs and holds up well to mechanical harvest.

Somerset is a main to late season variety that has a nice deep copper color and a globe shaped bulb. Somerset is also known for its strong disease package and consistent yields.

Trident is an early main season yellow long day. Proven wide adaptability in extensive trials in the Northeast, Mid-West, and Western United States. Consistent deep bronze-colored bulbs, large to jumbo size, with a small neck. High yielding. The outer scale has a nice sheen and is durable, making it a great variety for mechanical harvest.
